- Coordinate the provision of CAD files and resin models for new collection pieces to various stakeholders for press shoots and internal presentations.
- Prepare agendas for weekly creative meetings in collaboration with project managers and workshops.
- Monitor project milestones across complete collections.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and process documentation.
- Establish and analyze performance indicators.
- Input, verify, and update data in dedicated tools for monthly order processing.
- Track milestones for a designated portfolio of pieces with workshops.
- Enter bill of materials into SAP and develop a generic database.
- Manage stone procurement.
- Propose and communicate with IT teams for tool adaptation and optimization (Excel, PLM, SAP).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in General Engineering, Supply Chain, or Product Development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills.
- Curiosity and analytical thinking.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
