1. Monitor digital records of employees with disabilities, ideally creating a Power BI dashboard.
2. Track applications from candidates with disabilities, including pre-qualification of these candidates.
3. Contribute to the creation and development of internal communication campaigns and events.
4. Manage the budget for the mission, including creating purchase requests and tracking invoices.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Corporate Social Responsibility.
2. Strong interest in disability-related topics.
3. Proactive and autonomous with a strong numerical aptitude.

1. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
2. Ability to create Power BI dashboards is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
