1. Facilitate and lead workshops on product personalization with multidisciplinary teams, including business units, architects, and UI/UX designers.
2. Oversee the operation of a new event application, supporting business teams in event creation and execution.
3. Document technical and functional aspects of tools.
4. Define user stories and priorities, and coordinate with various teams for upcoming developments.
5. Manage technical team progress and test developments.
6. Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and communicate alerts.
7. Engage in change management with business teams.
8. Work in an Agile (SCRUM) development environment, managing delivery and priorities.
9. Coordinate QA work and participate in testing.
10. Prepare and monitor deployments and incident resolution.
11. Utilize Atlassian Cloud and Microsoft O365 for activity management.

1. Enrollment in a university, business school, or engineering school with a specialization in Information Systems Management.
2. Mandatory apprenticeship contract.

1. Operational proficiency in English.
2. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
