1. Ensure the update and transmission of product codifications to the studio, production, and marketing teams.
2. Participate in collection fittings.
3. Create and manage bill of materials in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
4. Oversee the launch and receipt of prototypes.
5. Monitor the receipt of collection estimates and transmit them to administration for processing.
6. Track model launches and supply shipments.
7. Supervise the dispatch of quality samples.
8. Collaborate with the Senior Product Development Coordinator in quality and production meetings.
9. Consolidate model information post-editing and buying sessions.
10. Perform final verification of PLM codifications.

1. Enrollment in a fashion design, commerce, or equivalent university program.
2. Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
