1. Assist in coordinating international and local high jewelry and watch events across eight regions, including LVA, EMEA, China, HKM, Taiwan, South America, Korea, and Japan.
2. Support the preparation and on-site organization of events, ensuring seamless collaboration with various departments.
3. Coordinate event creation between Louis Vuitton teams and production agencies.
4. Manage logistics and internal orders for event preparation.
5. Update client databases and assist with client appointments.
6. Prepare key presentations for top management.
7. Ensure global coordination of event requests and support regions in creating pre-event client programs.
8. Oversee the delivery of resources, welcome kits, and itinerant kits for events.
9. Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and contribute innovative ideas for future events.
10. Assist in monthly analysis of billing and cancellations post-events in collaboration with the business unit.

1. Currently in the final year of a business school or equivalent (Master's level).
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector, preferably in retail or client relations.
3. Understanding of luxury codes and standards.

1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Entry-level experience in the luxury sector, particularly in retail or client relations, is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or equivalent.
