- Manage international client requests for atelier visits and store appointments, including preparation and dispatch of welcome packs.
- Oversee the scheduling of various client requests and experiences.
- Coordinate with key contacts and service providers, ensuring all client needs, including dietary restrictions, are met.
- Research and propose new aspirational experiences, venues, and cultural activities that align with the brand's values and history.
- Assist in the development of concierge tools such as invitations and tracking systems.
- Monitor and manage the budget for concierge services.
- Prepare and manage client welcome packs for special projects.
- Handle client listings and access management for events.
- Welcome clients at various Parisian events and manage hospitality activations.
- Provide logistical support for all related activities, including dispatch and receipt of materials.
- Report to management and maintain comprehensive archives of activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry best practices.
- Coordinate between PCR service divisions, international zones, and other departments within the Maison and the LVMH group.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or Hospitality School.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, VIC client handling, or event coordination is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury market and industry trends.
- Creative, proactive, and motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Humble, discreet, and authentic in demeanor.
Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to luxury retail, client relations, or event coordination.
Master's degree in progress from a Business or Hospitality School.
The internship includes two evaluations with a mentor to assess skill acquisition and a comprehensive induction day to understand the brand's values.
