- Prepare for buying by conducting sales analysis and setting product strategy, including OTB review.
- Collaborate with the merchandising manager to align with business needs and opportunities across locations.
- Manage the seasonal buy of women's accessories and gifts, coordinating with the planning team on forecasting and landing.
- Input orders and product clusters with a focus on efficiency.
- Set up initial allocations for transversal collections and manage pop-up and pop-in stock, tracking sales and inventory.
- Prepare and distribute product training materials to stores.
- Work with visual merchandising to ensure product displays align with sales trends and guidelines.
- Monitor sales and inventory, executing strategies with counterparts to maximize sales and sell-through.
- Communicate closely with central teams on launch strategies.
- Set up and adjust sales forecasts in collaboration with the Hong Kong business planner.
- Conduct monthly sales reviews and share insights with the business planner, focusing on best-sellers.
- Establish clustering assortments by networks.
- Identify key product trends and conduct competitive price research.
- Propose market needs and incorporate them into product offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on buying.
- Experience within the luxury industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
