- Manage and drive the Leather Goods business in South Asia.
- Develop business strategies including showroom management, market surveys, and commercial actions.
- Coordinate and manage special orders and events for the category.
- Propose, prepare, and deliver sales analysis to forecast future sales and opportunities.
- Support the manager with day-to-day reports and collaborate with stores to achieve sales objectives.
- Participate in buying trips and product selection for stores.
- Explore the potential of Accessories in South Asia and understand each market's specific needs.
- Act as a liaison between the South Asia zone and the Paris team.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Retail, Digital, and Central teams to maximize new launch impact.
- Arrange stock for new store openings, retail animations, and CRM events.
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports using strong analytical skills.
- Utilize major sales data programs for data analysis and action plan development.
- Ensure strategic decisions in buy quantities and assortment using the Buying & Clustering Tool.
- Work closely with Supply Chain & Logistics for relevant distribution.
- Communicate with stores regarding feedback and product needs.
- Support CRM events and partner with digital teams for successful online launches.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to enhance product presentation.
- Prepare training tools and organize zone training based on needs and new product launches.
- University graduate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment, preferably with a merchandising background.
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to draw meaningful insights from analysis and initiate actions.
- Pleasant demeanor, self-initiative, and a team player.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accept new ideas and procedures.
- Organized with the ability to meet deadlines and action-oriented.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail environment.
University degree required.
