Assistant Merchandising Manager

1. Drive sales in the men's business and high-end categories for the Thailand and Vietnam markets.
2. Analyze, strategize, and drive business performance in the assigned markets.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and optimize performance.
4. Ensure successful new product launches and optimization of existing products.
5. Identify growth opportunities with a 360-degree approach, collaborating with Retail, VM, Client Development, and Communications teams.
6. Initiate and execute impactful in-store activations with the Retail team.
7. Collaborate with Zone Merch and Supply Chain teams to analyze sales and stock for efficiency.
8. Participate in buying activities and provide feedback to Zone Merch.
9. Work closely with store teams to share feedback and analysis with Zone Merch.
10. Maintain strong partnerships with management teams in both office and retail settings.

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the luxury fashion retail industry.
2. Possesses a keen eye for fashion and product trends.
3. Relevant experience in buying and merchandising.
4. Fluent in English and the local language.

1. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
2. Proven ability to communicate, influence, and motivate both in writing and verbally.
3. Professional presentation skills.
4. Open, modern, curious, with a good mix of pragmatism and intuition.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion retail industry.
