1. Drive sales in the Men's and High-End business segments for the Thailand and Vietnam markets.
2. Analyze, strategize, and enhance business performance across covered markets.
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and ensure successful product launches and optimizations.
4. Identify growth opportunities with a comprehensive approach, collaborating with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Client Development, and Communications teams.
5. Initiate and execute impactful in-store activations in collaboration with the Retail team.
6. Collaborate with Zone Merch and Supply Chain teams to analyze sales and stock, maximizing efficiency and supporting trends.
7. Participate in buying activities, providing qualitative feedback to ensure appropriate product assortment and investment.
8. Work closely with store teams to share feedback and analysis with Zone Merch, addressing market needs.
9. Maintain strong partnerships with management teams both in office and retail settings.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the luxury fashion retail industry.
2. Strong fashion and product trend awareness.
3. Relevant experience in buying and merchandising.
4. Fluency in English and the local language.
5. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
6. Proven communication, influencing, and motivational abilities.
