1. Oversee warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for both B2B and B2C channels.
2. Manage inbound and outbound logistics for goods and non-goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
3. Conduct quality checks on products delivered to warehouses and stores.
4. Coordinate packaging distribution and delivery schedules.
5. Handle transportation management for B2B and B2C operations.
6. Prepare recycling reports and liaise with the Hong Kong regional office.
7. Manage operations for online and offline staff sales.
8. Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock taking.
9. Conduct inventory closing and cost analysis.
10. Develop and execute destruction plans for obsolete inventory.
11. Facilitate weekly and monthly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, including stores.
12. Participate in task-force meetings with teams in Hong Kong, France, and Korea.
13. Lead warehouse projects related to system implementation, continuous improvement, and SOP development at HQ, regional, and country levels.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

2. Experience with ERP systems.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Agility and effective communication skills.
5. Strong time management abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the retail industry.

Bachelor's degree or higher.
