Louis Vuitton Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

- Oversee warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for goods and non-goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct quality checks on products delivered to warehouses and stores.
- Coordinate packaging distribution and delivery schedules.
- Handle transportation management for B2B and B2C operations.
- Prepare recycling reports and liaise with the Hong Kong regional office.
- Manage operations for online and offline staff sales.
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock taking.
- Conduct inventory closing and cost analysis.
- Develop and execute destruction plans for obsolete inventory.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, including stores.
- Participate in task-force meetings with teams in Hong Kong, France, and Korea.
- Lead warehouse projects related to system implementation, continuous improvement, and SOP development at HQ, regional, and country levels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Agility and effective communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
