1. Assist Project Managers in coordinating architectural and construction activities for store or office renovations and new creations.
2. Monitor project schedules using designated software systems.
3. Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Store Planning and internal departments such as Visual Merchandising, IT, and Store Managers, as well as external suppliers, to manage project costs, schedules, and quality control.
4. Collect information, define timelines, and prepare and update Cost Plan Reports.
5. Inform Senior Management about budget status and collect periodic cost reports from local consultants and contractors.
6. Assist Project Managers in creating comprehensive cost plan reports for invoice consistency and payment issuance.
7. Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments to draft contracts and leases.

1. Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the design or construction industries.

1. Experience in luxury retail design is highly desirable.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Meticulous attention to detail with effective coordination skills.
4. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in design or construction industries.

Degree holder required.
