- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels across retail stores and corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead and execute large-scale retail recruitment initiatives, including store openings and seasonal hiring campaigns.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Plan and execute employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus visits, and talent networking events.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment programs such as Management Trainee and Internship Programs.
- Leverage recruitment data and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with government offices to support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including hiring individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations throughout all recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced and dynamic environments (retail, hospitality, or consumer industry preferred).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale retail recruitment projects and talent programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly responsible, agile, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced and dynamic environments such as retail, hospitality, or consumer industry.
Bachelor’s degree or above
