Louis Vuitton Assistant Manager - Merchandising, Men's Shoes

- Lead collection buying with pre-buy analysis, strategy planning, market and competitor research, and feedback collection from Retail.
- Propose, prepare, and deliver reliable sales analysis regularly, studying qualitative and quantitative aspects of the business to provide constructive recommendations based on trends and feedback.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth product launches and maximize sales.
- Propose order quantities and networks, and prepare buy recaps and presentations.
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of new launches with Supply Chain and recommend action plans to optimize sell-throughs, manage slow-sellers, and minimize end-of-season carryover.
- Provide full support for all Men's Shoes related events.
- Collaborate with the Retail Learning & Development team to develop training materials and conduct seasonal collection training for store teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Retail, Events team, Central, and other métiers to propose event assortments and manage sample movements.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback on new launches and products, working with the Visual Merchandising team to strengthen the category.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant retail and merchandising experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail and merchandising is required.
