3. Exhibit commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to retain clients, recruit new ones, and develop long-term relationships.

5. Collaborate effectively as a team player, performing routine store tasks such as floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing.
6. Understand and implement the company's strategy and guidelines within the team.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
