1. Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming repairs and spare parts related to care services.
2. Oversee the timely and accurate dispatch of repairs and spare parts to both stores and ateliers involved in care services.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records of all repairs and spare parts used in care services.
4. Coordinate with stores and ateliers to ensure proper communication and fulfillment of requests related to care services.
5. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for in/out operations within the care services atelier.
6. Monitor and analyze in/out operational data to identify areas for improvement in care service workflows.
7. Manage a team of 4-5 staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards specific to care services.
9. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to in/out operations for care services.
10. Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall atelier and care service efficiency.
11. Manage the returns process for faulty or incorrect parts related to care services.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field, preferably with experience in a service-oriented environment.
2. Experience in managing a team.

4. Ability to collaborate with the team manager and lead the team to achieve goals.
5. Ability to respect and work with members from diverse backgrounds.
6. Intermediate PC skills or higher.
7. Knowledge of repair processes and spare parts management related to care services is highly desirable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field, preferably with experience in a service-oriented environment.
