Louis Vuitton Assistant Manager, Flow Management

- Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming repairs and spare parts related to care services.
- Oversee the timely and accurate dispatch of repairs and spare parts to both stores and ateliers involved in care services.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all repairs and spare parts used in care services.
- Coordinate with stores and ateliers to ensure proper communication and fulfillment of requests related to care services.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for in/out operations within the care services atelier.
- Monitor and analyze in/out operational data to identify areas for improvement in care service workflows.
- Manage a team of 4-5 staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards specific to care services.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to in/out operations for care services.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall atelier and care service efficiency.
- Manage the returns process for faulty or incorrect parts related to care services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field, preferably with experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with the team manager and lead the team to achieve goals.
- Ability to respect and work with members from diverse backgrounds.
- Intermediate PC skills or higher.
- Knowledge of repair processes and spare parts management related to care services is highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field, preferably with experience in a service-oriented environment.
