1. Input and dispatch raw material orders to suppliers based on PLM requirements.
2. Monitor raw material deliveries and follow up with suppliers in case of delays.
3. Coordinate logistics with transporters.
4. Proactively manage potential reception issues with manufacturers.
5. Oversee the production and delivery of press samples (finished products).
6. Update the Marketing department on delivery delays, ensuring information systems are current and coordinating delivery priorities with the design office and purchasing team.
7. Enter prices for press samples in PLM.
8. Create fabric master binders for the Purchasing department.
9. Partially manage component requests for after-sales service.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program.

1. Proficiency in information systems, particularly PLM, and advanced Excel skills.
2. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Autonomy and adaptability to unexpected situations.
4. Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
