1. Coordinate and support the preparation and on-site organization of international and local High Jewelry and High Watchmaking events.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event coordination.
3. Manage logistics and internal orders for event preparation.
4. Update client databases and assist with client nominations.
5. Support key presentations for top management.
6. Assist in hospitality events in Paris, including client experience support and event coordination.
7. Oversee reservation calendar and stock control.
8. Monitor performance indicators.
9. Ensure global coordination of event requests across regions.
10. Supervise the delivery of resources and welcome kits for events.
11. Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and propose creative ideas.
12. Assist in monthly analysis of billing and cancellations post-events.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M2) with a focus on Retail or related fields.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
