1. Coordinate and support the preparation and on-site organization of international and local High Jewelry and Watchmaking events.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event coordination.
3. Manage logistics and internal orders for event preparation.
4. Update client databases and assist in client nominations.
5. Support hospitality events in Paris, including client experience and event coordination.
6. Monitor field operations and manage reservation schedules.
7. Coordinate stock control and performance indicators.
8. Ensure global coordination of event requests and support zones in creating client programs.
9. Supervise delivery of resources and kits for events, ensuring consistency and adherence to global guidelines.
10. Conduct regular competitor analysis and contribute innovative ideas for future events.
11. Assist in monthly billing analysis and event reporting.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M2) with a focus on Retail or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a luxury fashion house is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Curiosity and adaptability in an international environment.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in retail or luxury fashion, though this is not mandatory.

Master's degree in progress.
