- Collaborate in weekly and monthly sales reporting, including detailed analysis of net sales by store, clientele, and product.
- Monitor specific product launches and store projects.
- Analyze main competitors.
- Support the preparation of Business Reviews presentations and KPI management.
- Participate in monthly closing and budget phases.
- Track operational costs per head office department and per store.
- Manage purchase orders for the Mediterranean retail network.
- Prepare and participate in operational reviews in stores.
- Enhance stakeholder familiarization with SAP and Concur systems.
- Monitor expenses claims and supplier payments.
- Ensure a streamlined purchasing process in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Graduated from a Business School or Business Administration in Finance.
- Must have completed a University/Master's Degree within the past 3 years.
- Eligibility to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law.
- Highly organized and rigorous.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Trustworthy and maintains integrity.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and conversational Spanish; French is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year in a Finance department or similar role is required. Only internships are considered valid post-graduation experience.
Graduated from a Business School or Business Administration in Finance.
