Louis Vuitton Assistant Communications Manager

- Develop and execute annual press and communications plans aligned with brand priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, editors, journalists, stylists, and cultural tastemakers.
- Secure quality press coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
- Oversee press office operations, including sample management, media requests, and product seeding.
- Provide internal updates on media performance, market insights, and campaign impact.
- Lead and coordinate local and overseas photo shoot requests from stylists and manage sample rotation for Singapore.
- Localize global campaigns and initiatives into culturally relevant stories for Singapore audiences.
- Craft compelling press releases and talking points.
- Plan and execute high-impact press events, interviews, store activations, and cultural partnerships.
- Manage media attendance, talent handling, and press coverage for press and high-profile events.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with celebrities, KOLs, content creators, and influential communities.
- Develop influencer strategy, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Maintain product placements and celebrity/KOL endorsements.
- Implement advertising strategy based on targeted objectives set by local and regional directives.
- Ensure Louis Vuitton’s share of voice is dominant.
- Manage communications budget, vendor contracts, and reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or luxury brand management.
- Established media network within Singapore across lifestyle, fashion, business, and digital outlets.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Passion for luxury, fashion, culture, and craftsmanship.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or luxury brand management.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
