- Provide recommendations on product assortment sizes and balances in stores.
- Ensure the effectiveness of store assortments in collaboration with the product merchandising team.
- Analyze collection performance to support strategic developments and enhance store desirability.
- Conduct necessary analyses for network and collection performance management, including quarterly performance reviews and adjustment proposals.
- Maintain relevant store clustering to align each store's offerings with its potential and customer typology, in collaboration with regional merchandisers.
- Manage certain aspects related to new collection buying sessions, including end-of-life proposals and network efficiency reviews.
- Support the Business Analysis team with weekly sales and trend reporting and monthly forecasts.
- Conduct varied qualitative and quantitative studies to address diverse issues.
- Assist in optimizing analytical and reporting tools, including Power BI.
- Enrollment in a Business School or Engineering School.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Autonomy and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
- Strong interest in the fashion industry, particularly in leather goods.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School.
