1. Ensure the development strategy for Louis Vuitton's clientele.
2. Support all teams in understanding customer insights and identifying growth opportunities.
3. Maintain coherence and prioritize customer KPIs through client reporting development.
4. Conduct studies on customer purchasing behavior across various categories.
5. Disseminate information through oral and written presentations.
6. Participate in Clienteling & CRM action plans to better target clients.
7. Perform data crunching and extraction using Cognos Studio or SQL.
8. Collaborate with BI experts to create client BI.
9. Develop documentation on analytical tools and animate the analyst community across zones.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) with a focus on data analysis, studies, or statistics.
2. Strategic mindset with business understanding.
3. Analytical rigor and proficiency with numerical data.
4. Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages; familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI is advantageous.
5. Strong command of the English language.
