1. Ensure the accuracy of purchasing data for new projects, including coding, supplier assignment, and entry of pricing and logistics information into systems.
2. Prepare quarterly supplier performance reviews and participate in various evaluations, analyzing key performance indicators.
3. Organize and plan project meetings, including end-of-quarter reviews, risk analysis sessions, and capacity analysis meetings.
4. Manage the launch of pre-series leathers and transformed leathers with suppliers, ensuring milestone tracking and KPI monitoring.
5. Centralize and animate development schedules with suppliers, ensuring updates and optimization of existing tools.
6. Facilitate communication with development teams, providing necessary planning information and addressing gaps.
7. Enhance the reliability of existing tools through continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Conduct make-or-buy studies for charms and value analysis on projects to improve margins.
9. Re-evaluate competition for certain permanent transformation families.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
3. Experience with Excel is recommended.
4. Curious and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Previous experience in raw material purchasing or within an industrial company is a plus.
