Louis Vuitton Assistant Buyer and Production Coordinator

- Manage and study bespoke client requests, including sourcing, price negotiation, and feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate with industrial, retail, design, marketing, supply chain, and CHR teams.
- Oversee project development from inception to client delivery.
- Source new manufacturers and suppliers with specific expertise and finishes.
- Codify products in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Develop new materials in collaboration with the materials team.
- Analyze and secure the scope of special orders.
- Manage and animate a panel of manufacturers and a portfolio of orders.
- Monitor production planning and warehouse deliveries.
- Contribute to the deployment of the department's strategy.
- Implement performance tools, continuous process improvement, and flow optimization.
- Participate in price, production time, quantity, and MOQ negotiations.
- Collect, consolidate, and track contractual and customs documents.
- Support the deployment of the CSR roadmap.
- Student in engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and agile.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
- Project management skills with a focus on anticipation, organization, and collaboration.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and PowerBI.
No prior experience required.
Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
