1. Support the Auxiliary Accounting team under the Payments & Clients division.
2. Assist in daily operations and specific projects, including drafting procedures and operational modes.
3. Participate in updating various KPIs using tools like Power Bi.
4. Prepare payment campaigns for expense reports.
5. Analyze payment blockage lists.
6. Review and support the activity of the video coding service provider.
7. Analyze RPA activities related to incoming invoice flows and error treatments.
8. Manage emails and Amex statement processing.
9. Control DAS2 and conduct analyses and follow-ups on various accounts.
10. Assist in client accounting processes, including receipt entries, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
11. Contribute to the preparation and formalization of closing elements and auditor requests.
12. Draft operational procedures.

1. Pursuing a DCG in alternance or another degree at the Bachelor's or Master's level.
2. Background in BAC+2, BTS in Accounting, or DUT GEA with a Finance Accounting option.

1. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
2. Dynamic, curious, and rigorous personality.
3. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a DCG or equivalent Bachelor's/Master's degree.
