1. Support the Corporate and Retail accounting team in daily invoice processing and specific missions.
2. Assist the auxiliary accounting team with drafting procedures and operating modes.
3. Enter supplier invoices and follow up with operational teams for invoice validation workflows.
4. Monitor advance payments and aid in inter-company balance reconciliation.
5. Implement and formalize productivity tracking indicators for the accounting service.
6. Perform account reconciliation and analysis, including expense accounts, debtor supplier accounts, and outstanding invoices.
7. Participate in closing tasks.

1. Pursuing a DCG in alternance with a BAC+2 in BTS Accounting or DUT GEA with a Finance Accounting option.
2. Dynamic, curious, and meticulous with proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
3. Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language preferred.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
