1. Lead and review the reconciliation process to ensure completeness and accuracy.
2. Support the team in identifying accounting requirements and managing day-to-day general ledger operations.
3. Ensure all journal entries and accounting transactions are correctly inputted and posted.
4. Assist the Senior Accounting Manager with local legal and statutory requirements.
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting packages for the South Asia Zone office as requested.
6. Review VAT reports and other local tax reporting to authorities.
7. Support the Senior Accounting Manager in developing policies and procedures for functional areas.
8. Monitor physical inventories and ensure necessary adjustments are made.
9. Complete any other assignments as directed by the Senior Accounting Manager.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar capacity within retail or FMCG sectors of multinational firms.
2. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, with a CPD License preferred.

1. Proficiency in SAP and other reporting software.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Confidence, result-oriented, detail-oriented, hands-on approach, and a can-do attitude.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.
