Louis Vuitton Assistant Accounting Manager

1. Lead and review the reconciliation process to ensure completeness and accuracy.
2. Support the team in identifying accounting requirements and managing day-to-day G/L operations.
3. Ensure all journal entries and accounting transactions are inputted and posted correctly.
4. Support the Senior Accounting Manager with local legal and statutory requirements.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly accounting packages for the South Asia Zone office.
6. Assist in the review of V.A.T. reports and other local tax reporting to authorities.
7. Support the Senior Accounting Manager regarding policies and procedures in functional areas.
8. Assist in monitoring physical inventories and ensure necessary adjustments are made.
9. Perform other assignments as directed by the Senior Accounting Manager.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar capacity in retail or FMCG of multinational firms.
2. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPD License is preferable.

1. Experience with SAP and other reporting software.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong command of English.
5. Pleasantly confident, result and detail-oriented, hands-on, and can-do attitude.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
