1. Manage vendor creation and amendment processes.
2. Create purchase orders and manage goods receipts.
3. Process invoices and payments efficiently.
4. Clear payments in SAP.
5. Validate bank transfers and orders.
6. Conduct sales reconciliation and reporting.
7. Monitor charge-backs.
8. Update the Fixed Asset Register.
9. Prepare month-end journals and conduct financial analysis.
10. Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
11. Assist with internal control reviews.
12. Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts, GST, FBT, and income tax returns.
13. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the Senior Financial Accountant and Finance Manager.

1. Professional qualification (CA or CPA) completed or in progress.
2. University degree in Commerce, Business, or Economics, ideally with a major in Accounting.

1. Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
2. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Attention to detail with an understanding of the broader financial picture.
4. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
5. Experience in luxury or retail is a bonus.

2-4 years of experience in a similar role within commerce, preferably with a background in Chartered Accounting (Big 4 or Mid Tier firm experience valued).

University degree in Commerce, Business, or Economics, ideally with a major in Accounting.

$85,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation.
