1. Recruit, develop, and coach direct reports and collaborate with third-party security vendors.
2. Manage the Security budget for assigned locations, including Security officers and physical security projects.
3. Inform leadership and staff of potential risks or losses to company assets.
4. Ensure compliance with standards and procedures to control internal and external loss.
5. Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance.
6. Manage and maintain CCTV and access control platforms.
7. Relay critical information to on-site personnel to build awareness and collaboration.
8. Monitor internal controls and document incidents.
9. Enforce compliance with company procedures.
10. Lead investigations and follow through with legal processes as needed.
11. Network with local law enforcement for merchandise recovery.
12. Champion safety programs and initiatives.
13. Escort and guard people and premises during events as needed.
14. Conduct training and orientations for employees.
15. Provide weekly reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations.

1. Over five years of experience in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention, preferably in a multi-site environment.
2. Strong working knowledge of security and asset protection equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms.
3. Experience managing both direct and indirect reports.
4. Availability for travel, event support, and occasional weekend projects.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
6. Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
7. Wicklander-Zulawski certification is highly desirable.

Minimum of 5 years in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention, with a preference for multi-site experience.

Salary range of USD $95,000-$105,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
