1. Safeguard store assets and enforce Asset Protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage.
2. Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and standards set by the store, department, and company.
3. Lead, manage, and develop store teams to optimize Asset Protection strategies across all locations within the territory.
4. Ensure a positive impact on overall business operations.

1. 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security Supervision/Management.
2. Completion of investigation courses such as Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation.
3. Experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment or a strong background in customer service, internal control, and safety awareness.

1. Proficiency in security and loss prevention equipment (CCTV, alarm systems).
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Advanced computer, systems, and reporting skills.
4. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Minimum of 5 years in a related field, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.

Salary range of USD $100,000 - $115,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
