Louis Vuitton Asset Protection Manager

- Inform store management, direct supervisor, and Zone Asset Protection Director of potential liability issues and concerns.
- Install and implement standards and procedures to control and prevent internal and external loss, fraud, and ensure safety.
- Maintain perpetual awareness of loss and strategies to control store inventory.
- Filter new information and procedures to lower store shrinkage.
- Relay and enforce all corporate initiatives to store personnel.
- Constantly monitor and enforce internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Develop relationships to maintain a constant flow of constructive information to drive business.
- Protect employees and maintain awareness of safety issues.
- Manage, train, and develop 5–8 SOS security staff members.
- Liaise with SOS on business needs and employee feedback.
- Motivate store personnel to embrace prevention strategies and techniques.
- Influence and advise decisions related to asset protection, including employee disciplinary actions.
- Provide weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to departments and store management.
- 2-5 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security Supervision/Management.
- Working knowledge of security and loss prevention equipment, such as CCTV and alarm systems.
- Experience in supervising multiple staff members; management courses are a plus.
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
- Retail experience, ideally in a multi-store environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reporting.
- Effective communication and motivational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with a focus on loss prevention or asset protection.
