1. Safeguard company assets and enforce Asset Protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage.
2. Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and standards set by the store, department, and company.
3. Lead, manage, and develop store teams to optimize Asset Protection strategies across all locations within the territory.
4. Deliver a positive impact on the overall business through effective asset protection measures.

1. Experience in luxury or high-end retail environments.
2. Strong background in customer service, internal control, and safety awareness.

1. 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security Supervision/Management.
2. Completion of investigation courses such as Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation.
3. Proficiency in Security/Loss Prevention equipment, including C.C.T.V. and alarm systems.
4. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
5. Retail experience, ideally in a multi-store environment.
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
7. Advanced computer, systems, and reporting skills.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Annual salary ranging from USD $95,000 to $110,000, with potential for bonuses.
