- Safeguard company assets by enforcing asset protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage.
- Lead and develop the store team to optimize asset protection strategies across multiple locations, including Lenox Square, Saks Phipps Plaza, and Saks Birmingham.
- Deliver comprehensive training on asset protection policies and procedures to staff.
- Communicate potential losses to store management and the zone asset protection team.
- Implement standards and procedures to control internal and external losses.
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention strategies to manage store inventory effectively.
- Foster relationships to ensure a flow of constructive information that supports business objectives.
- Motivate and develop asset protection staff and store personnel to embrace prevention strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses from theft, fraud, and security breaches.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and address asset protection risks.
- Analyze data and trends to enhance asset protection performance.
- Manage and maintain security equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Conduct investigations into internal and external theft incidents.
- 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Management.
- Experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is preferred.
- Strong history in customer service, internal control, and safety awareness.
- Experience supervising multiple staff members; management courses are advantageous.
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in using security and loss prevention equipment such as CCTV and alarm systems.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to assess data and identify trends.
- Problem-solving skills to address asset protection challenges.
A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field is required, with a preference for those with 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Management.
