1. Repair products in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality specifications and guidelines
2. Work in sewing, painting, and cutting as necessary
3. Utilize manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process
4. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
6. Maintain good attendance and punctuality
7. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
8. Pay attention to detail in all aspects of the production process
9. Identify improvement opportunities
10. Respect others and the equipment and facility
11. Report discrepancies immediately to supervisor
12. Work independently and communicate within a team environment
13. Participate in improvement projects within the company
14. Perform other duties as assigned to meet department goals

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 0-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
3. Pass manual dexterity/sewing test
4. Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
5. Basic math skills required for measuring
6. Basic computer skills are a plus
7. Attention to detail, quality, and safety oriented
8. Self-motivator with the ability to complete a repair from beginning to end
9. Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus with ability to speak, read, and write English
10. Must be able to work overtime as required by the demands of the business

Beginner level experience required, 0-3 years in a similar capacity.

High School Diploma or GED

Hourly rate within the range of USD$18.50/hour - $20.00/hour.
