1. Craft high-quality hand-painted artwork and designs for clients.
2. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their requests, including initials, personalized crests, and portraits.
3. Review, evaluate, and assess client requests while managing timeline expectations.
4. Provide artistic demonstrations during in-store events.
5. Include a sample of artwork or a link to an artistic portfolio on the resume. A painting assessment is required for final review.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $32-36, plus the opportunity for commission.
