1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts preferred.
2. Extensive hand painting skills with the ability to interpret and replicate clients' desired artwork.
3. Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in craftsmanship and customer service.
4. A sample of artwork or a link to an artistic portfolio included in the resume.
5. Completion of a painting assessment for final review.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
