1. Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods in a safe manner.
2. Achieve performance objectives such as safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work area and workshop.
3. Develop skills to work in various production departments, including assembly, preparation, or cutting.
4. Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
5. Collaborate with various departments on the development of new products.
6. Maintain punctuality and organization.
7. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

1. Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
