1. Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods in a safe manner.
2. Achieve performance objectives such as safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work area and workshop.
3. Develop skills to work in various production departments, including assembly, preparation, or cutting.
4. Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
5. Collaborate with various departments on the development of new products.
6. Maintain punctuality and organization.
7. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

1. Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
2. Fluency in English and/or Spanish with the ability to read and write in either language.
3. Ability to work overtime as needed.

1. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
2. Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus, but not required.
3. Ability to operate equipment and manual tools.
4. Dexterity and coordination for handling and manipulating objects.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with comprehensive training provided.
