1. Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods.
2. Achieve performance objectives including safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area and workshop.
4. Develop skills to work in various production departments such as assembly, preparation, or cutting.
5. Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
6. Collaborate with various departments on the development of new products.
7. Ensure punctuality and effective time management.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
9. Maintain a desirable work-life balance with an evening schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

1. Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
2. Fluency in English and/or Spanish with the ability to read and write either language.
3. Ability to operate and use equipment and manual tools.
4. Ability to work overtime as needed.

1. Team-oriented mindset.
2. Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is advantageous but not required.
3. Resourceful and coordinated hand skills for grasping and manipulating objects.

Beginner level experience is acceptable; comprehensive training provided.
