1. Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Achieve performance objectives including safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
3. Develop skills to work across various production departments such as assembly, preparation, or cutting.
4. Identify and participate in continuous improvement projects.
5. Collaborate with different departments on the development of new products.
6. Maintain punctuality and organization in time management.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
8. Enjoy a desirable work-life balance with an evening schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
