Louis Vuitton Art Mediation and Exhibition Support Intern

- Conduct guided tours of contemporary art exhibitions for groups and individuals as needed.
- Oversee the exhibition space and ensure its smooth operation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating group and individual visits.
- Plan and execute special events such as openings, museum nights, and special tours.
- Support the implementation of educational programs tailored for children and youth.
- Aid in the preparation of two exhibitions, including literature research, newsletter preparation, outreach to groups, and event support.
- Contribute to the maintenance and technical setup of exhibitions.
- Provide database management support.
- Work 2-3 days in the exhibition space, with remaining time spent at the Louis Vuitton Germany Head Office.
- Completed or ongoing university studies in Art History, Cultural Management, Event Management/Tourism, or a related field.
- Initial experience in the cultural, educational, or media sector, ideally in art mediation.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Competence in using standard office applications.
- Strong writing skills and articulate expression in both spoken and written form.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to innovate.
- High flexibility, independent and precise work style, and strong team spirit.
