1. Conduct guided tours of exhibitions for both groups and individuals as required.
2. Oversee the exhibition space, ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
3. Assist in the organization and coordination of group and individual visits.
4. Plan and execute special events such as openings, museum nights, and exclusive tours.
5. Support the implementation of educational programs tailored for children and youth.
6. Contribute to the preparation of two exhibitions, including literature research, newsletter preparation and distribution, outreach to groups, and event support.
7. Participate in the maintenance and technical setup of exhibitions.
8. Provide database management support.
9. Spend 2-3 days working in the exhibition space, with remaining time at the Louis Vuitton Germany Head Office.

1. Completed or ongoing university degree in Art History, Cultural Management, Event Management/Tourism, or a related field.
2. Initial experience in the cultural, educational, or media sectors, ideally in art mediation.
3. Proficiency in database management.
4. Proficient in standard office applications.
5. Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in English.
7. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and willingness to innovate.
8. High flexibility, independent and precise work ethic, and strong teamwork skills.
9. Willingness to work during events on weekends or evenings.

Entry-level experience in cultural, educational, or media sectors, ideally with exposure to art mediation.

Completed or ongoing university degree in Art History, Cultural Management, Event Management/Tourism, or a related field.
