1. Assist in the coordination of production for communication materials including print, film, and digital media.
2. Support production tasks such as studio bookings, team coordination, location scouting, and casting.
3. Prepare presentations and production documents, including creative concepts, call sheets, and casting lists.
4. Manage rights documentation by collecting, formalizing, and archiving project descriptions.
5. Conduct creative research and trend analysis.
6. Collaborate with internal departments such as digital, press, e-commerce, and editions, as well as external partners including agents, producers, and artists.

1. Enrollment in a communication or business school.
2. Previous significant experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
2. Strong organizational, precision, and prioritization skills.
3. Proficiency in English and mastery of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
4. Interest in fashion photography and film production.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with prior relevant internship or work experience.

Pursuing a degree in communication or business.
