Louis Vuitton Art & Culture Coordinator

- Assist in organizing and executing art and culture projects, exhibitions, and activations.
- Support logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, installation, and de-installation.
- Prepare project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct research on artists, cultural trends, and potential partners.
- Assist in developing presentations, briefs, interpretive materials, and exhibition documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, archives, and photo documentation of all initiatives.
- Help manage communications with artists, institutions, and external partners.
- Provide administrative support in preparing partnership proposals and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Client Development, Hospitality, PR) to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support budget monitoring.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Art & Culture.
- B.A. degree in Art, Culture Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in art, cultural institutions, museums, galleries, event coordination, or luxury brands.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean; working proficiency in English preferred.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for art, culture, and luxury brand experiences.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, including internships or entry-level positions.
B.A. degree in Art, Culture Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
