1. Assist in organizing and executing art and culture projects, exhibitions, and activations.
2. Support logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, installation, and de-installation.
3. Prepare project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Conduct research on artists, cultural trends, and potential partners.
5. Assist in developing presentations, briefs, interpretive materials, and exhibition documentation.
6. Maintain accurate records, archives, and photo documentation of all initiatives.
7. Help manage communications with artists, institutions, and external partners.
8. Provide administrative support in preparing partnership proposals and agreements.
9. Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Client Development, Hospitality, PR) to ensure smooth collaboration.
10. Process invoices, track expenses, and support budget monitoring.
11. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Art & Culture.

1. B.A. degree in Art, Culture Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of relevant experience in art, cultural institutions, museums, galleries, event coordination, or luxury brands.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean; working proficiency in English preferred.
3. Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
4. Passion for art, culture, and luxury brand experiences.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, including internships or entry-level positions.

B.A. degree in Art, Culture Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
