- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
- Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
- Manage product preparation, location changes in the database, and installation.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Visit competitors to report best practices and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Team Manager, and Expert Advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category and propose alternatives in case of product shortages.
- Ensure day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks, maintaining luxury retail standards.
- Reorder props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Participate as a team-player in all store activities, contributing to overall objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and principles.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
