1. Coordinate team meetings and liaise with EMEA departments to set agendas, collect information, and update documentation.
2. Attend and partially lead meetings, draft minutes, and disseminate information.
3. Update common documentation for the Store Planning team, organize site visits, and ensure effective team communication regarding travel, meetings, and presentations.
4. Organize and update key elements of simple projects, including planning, budgets, and site visits, and participate in complex project updates.
5. Manage simple projects under supervision.
