1. Harmonize training experiences across all campuses for consistent quality learning.
2. Foster and energize the training community and retail teams by creating a stimulating environment.
3. Communicate effectively and in a coordinated manner with different regions to ensure smooth and relevant information flow.
4. Design and implement a tailored retail development strategy for retail leaders, guiding them towards excellence.
5. Contribute to the definition of bespoke development paths to enhance retail team leadership.
6. Participate in the creation of impactful communication materials for project presentation to management and local teams.
7. Be involved in the project launch and its international deployment.
8. Enhance the training platform to become a preferred space for exchange and information for teams.
9. Design clear and engaging communications to inform teams about upcoming training sessions.
10. Organize stimulating in-person training events at the campus.

1. Enrolled in a business school, 3rd or 4th year student
2. Strong affinity with the luxury, hospitality, and/or retail sectors

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students in their 3rd or 4th year of business school.

Currently pursuing a degree in business school.
