1. Coordinate and support ongoing Learning projects, including preparation of training content, materials, logistics, and facilitation of training sessions.
2. Collect, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative Learning data related to Key Performance Indicators from stores in the region.
3. Provide support to regional teams and stores in managing Learning modules and tracking progress.
4. Develop strong relationships with Retail Development contacts across the region and globally, as well as with other departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business or engineering school, or pursuing an MBA (Master 1 or 2).
2. Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
3. Possesses strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress in business, engineering, or MBA.
