1. Manage external service providers, including participation in drafting specifications, conducting tenders, overseeing project sites, and coordinating interventions.
2. Ensure regulatory compliance of technical equipment through organizing periodic inspections, monitoring reports, and implementing corrective actions.
3. Contribute to site security by overseeing security services, maintaining security equipment, and updating safety protocols.
4. Monitor and optimize energy consumption by analyzing indicators such as electricity, gas, and water usage, and participating in initiatives to enhance environmental performance.
5. Assist in budget management (OPEX/CAPEX) by handling quotations, orders, and budget tracking in collaboration with finance teams.
6. Contribute to continuous site improvement by updating dashboards, participating in audits, and proposing process optimizations.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 degree in maintenance, industrial engineering, energy, environment, or technical management.
2. Organized and meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and working collaboratively in a team environment.

1. Strong interest in technical, regulatory, and energy-related topics.
2. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 degree in relevant fields.
