Administrative Officer

Louis Vuitton is a leading luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and innovative designs. The company operates globally and is part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group.

1. Control, accounting, and payment of supplier invoices, liaising with warehouse, purchasing, and management control departments as necessary.
2. Control and accounting of expense reports in compliance with company policy.
3. First note registration.
4. Account reconciliation and intercompany relations.
5. Archiving and substitute preservation of accounting documents.
6. Support for monthly and annual accounting closures.
7. Management of customer/supplier records.
8. Other administrative support activities.
9. Collaboration and implementation of cross-departmental projects.
10. Management of sales orders and related invoicing.
11. Verification and accounting registration of inventory adjustments and correct application of inventory procedures.
12. Support to management control for correct valuation of inventory stocks.
13. Ability to interact with internal logistics and IT departments for proper use and functioning of management systems dedicated to warehouse activities.
14. Preparation of reports for activity reporting.

1. Diploma or degree in Economics or related fields.
2. Good knowledge of accounting principles and administrative procedures, with a focus on warehouse accounting.
3. Familiarity with analytical accounting management.
4. Good knowledge of main tax obligations (Withholding taxes, VAT, Intrastat, F24, etc.).
5. Knowledge of SAP (especially FI-CO-MM modules) is appreciated.
6. Knowledge of AS400 or INFOLOG is a plus.
7. Excellent use of the Office suite.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
9. Strong analytical skills, precision, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
10. Ability to interact positively and constructively with colleagues from other functions.
11. Good knowledge of English; French is a plus.
