Louis Vuitton Administrative Officer

- Oversee and process supplier invoices, coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and management control departments as necessary.
- Manage and account for expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
- Archive and maintain accounting documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support monthly and annual financial closings.
- Manage customer and supplier records.
- Provide administrative support across various functions.
- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects.
- Handle sales orders and related invoicing.
- Verify and record inventory adjustments, ensuring adherence to inventory procedures.
- Assist management control in valuing inventory accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics and IT departments to ensure effective use of warehouse management systems.
- Prepare reports to document activities and outcomes.
- Diploma or degree in Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and administrative procedures, especially in inventory accounting.
- Familiarity with fiscal requirements such as withholding taxes, VAT, Intrastat, and F24.
- Experience with SAP, particularly FI-CO-MM modules, is preferred.
- Knowledge of AS400 or INFOLOG is advantageous.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, precision, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues across functions.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the sector.
Diploma or degree in Economics or related fields.
